We haven’t had any returned yet, currently touching wood as I type this.

But if its damaged somehow, or your not just happy with anything when it arrives, then please get in contact with us, via email or phone and we will happily swap it out, we want you to get the best out of your 300 Espresso.

Roastery Pick Up

If your super local or just passing by.

Feel free to give us a call on 021 861 789 and if someone is roasting you can shoot in and grab your coffee in house, So no need to pay for shipping. Only thing is we dont have Eftpos so bank transfer, cash or bartering is our only on-site payment options.

Roast Dates

We roast 2 or 3 smaller batches a week here at 300 Espresso to make sure what ever day you order your beans they are always at perfect drinking when they get sent out.

In saying that, what some people dont know is that coffee has to sit and develop flavor after its roasted, The perfect drinking time for our blend is between 6 - 10 days after roasting.

The roast dates are on the back on the bags, so when you receive it check the date and if its a day or 2 early, don’t worry.

Its still going to taste great. but it will be even greater in that 6 - 10 day window.
